NOTE.....BAE Systems will be supporting a set of IDIQ proposal requirements. As we await the final request for proposal (RFP), we are proactively looking for qualified candidates that would be interested in employment opportunities at this location. Since it is a proposal effort, positions would be dependent upon BAE Systems winning the proposal....

Supervise a small team of junior Engineers & Technicians.

Direct a small team to perform technical analysis & documentation of analysis procedures, best practices, and collection of system/device metrics.

Identify electronic components, develop complex schematics diagrams

Maintain device and system characteristics using databases and analysis tools

Mentor junior technical personnel

Deliver technical presentations and briefings



MUST HAVE:
BSEE (applicable technical BS or equivalent experience may be substituted for education)

Experience with electronic and computer equipment, electronic design and analysis, complex schematics drawings and circuit design programs.

Management experience.

PREFERRED:
Seven years experience with electronic and computer equipment, electronic design
and analysis, complex schematics drawings and circuit design programs.

Three years of experience managing a team of Engineers and Technicians with a proven record of success
