This position requires working with end-users, Project Managers, and other Engineers to develop security systems for military facilities. The person in this position may:
1. Determine customer needs, prioritize requirements, and resolve problems
2. Provide project engineering and technical support services related to physical or computer security systems
3. Conduct and document site survey visits
4. Prepare, review, and/or approve schedules, drawings, and installations
5. Prepare reports documenting procurement, installation, project management, and maintenance activities
6. Develop cost estimates
7. Track and manage project, schedule, and cost data
8. Comply with and support processes, policies, and practices utilizing standard operating procedures and documentation templates
9. Investigate and analyze electronic security systems to determine requirements to ensure on-going operation
10. Prepare trip reports and meeting minutes
11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry practices, trends, and applications and advise management on potential new developments and programs
12. Write, review, and/or edit systems documentation including test plans and user guides
13. Monitor test events to ensure test validity
14. Analyze test data to determine if requirements and customer requirements are met

Requirements:
A. Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering from an accredited institution
B. Thorough knowledge of systems engineering related to access control, intrusion detection, video assessment, or other physical security related systems
C. Two (2) years related experience
D. Ability to acquire US Government security clearance
E. Experience with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word
F. Flexible and positive work attitude
G. Good oral and written communication skills
