PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The overall goal of the JTCOIC is to provide expertise and training to units deploying to theater on efficient and effective utilization of the Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) Counter-IED Operations Integration Center (COIC). The JTCOIC is responsible for coordinating the training of deploying units on joint, national and interagency intelligence, CIED and emerging asymmetric capabilities gleaned from the JIEDDO COIC; integrating processes, practices, concepts and materiel capabilities into Joint and Service DOTMLPF solutions; and coordinating with the training centers to provide realistic enemy and environmental signatures into models and simulations in support of realistic intelligence collection and analysis.

 

DUTIES:
Enable and coordinate all activities related to the Training Brain (TB) capability at the Joint Multi-National Readiness Center at Hohenfels, Germany. The TB is an emerging and evolving capability in which the Capability Enabler must maintain currency and master new aspects to the capability quickly to effectively share with planners and scripters at their site. This position will report to and coordinate with the CTB Capability Functional Support Coordinator.

Elicit and gather capability requirements from customers as they are directly or indirectly expressed. These personnel are the
face” of the emerging capability and will need to quickly gain customer confidence and participation at all levels from leadership to executers, military and contractors.

Liaison between the other Enablers, JTCOIC personnel, exercise planners and scripters, and command and support staffs to insure that all necessary scenario parameter information is received, analyzed, and useful for technical implementation for each JMRC rotation that requires TB support. Without this coordination and information, the capability will not be brought to bear for a particular rotation.  Capability Enablers are a critical link between the capability and the customer and will be responsible for innovating and adjusting processes to best facilitate information exchange at their site.



~3-5 years experience as an Intelligence Analyst supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and/or ~Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF / OEF) 
~Knowledge of Distributed Common Ground Station, Army and other Army Battle Command Systems.
~Prior experience as a DCGS-A embedded mentor highly desired.
~Extensive experience using Microsoft Office suite with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
~Ability to work independently with initiative and innovation.
~Ability to provide guidance and liaise among various functional capabilities at their site.
~Active DOD Top Secret Clearance with access to SCI.
~Subject to completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 to include a National Agency Check (NAC).
