Lead complex financial analysis within a manufacturing oriented operating group. Monitor the business performance and effectively communicate financial positions to upper management in the most efficient and effective manner. Lead the budget/forecast process to ensure timely and accurate submission of data and key analysis, including in-depth analysis on key drivers of the businesses, trend reporting, profitability analyses and interpretation of strategy and underlying growth/efficiencies.
„XLead the forecast/budget (IBP) process; establishing a budget plan, calendar and guidelines in accordance with BAE Inc requirements.
„X Develop an effective profitability analyses model to effectively analyze key business drivers (both internal factors and external market and economic factors)
„XEstablish strong working relationships with cross-functional management and facilitate communication between the business units in Finance.
„XPrepare analyses to mgmt on a mthly basis (MMR) on key financial performance measurements, return on sales, cash to PBITA ratios & operating cash
„XWork cross-functionally to coordinate on-going planning and management reviews.
„XDevelop other key financial metrics and tools to highlight risks/opportunities
„XAnalyze financial practices and processes and suggest competitive or efficiency improvements
„XOther duties as assigned by the Director, FP&A
8+ years in financial disciplines including leading planning activities (budget, forecasting), profitability analysis, operations/financial analysis
5+ years in the development and preparation of performance reporting ¡V mainly hyperion planning/reporting tools and cash forecasting
3+ years experience in cross-functional lead financial support role(s) as well as strong leadership and management experience
Strong analytical background; results driven
Bachelor¡¦s degree in Finance; MBA preferred
