Job Description:
**Note... THIS POSITION IS POSTED IN ANTICIPATION OF FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WHICH WE WELCOME YOUR RESUME SUBMISSION. BAE Systems is looking for a Program Analyst to join our Engineering Team to propose on future program support opportunities with Marine Corps Systems Command. The ideal candidate would demonstrate in your resume submission your experience performing ANY OR ALL of the following comprehensive programmatic analysis services and support:
- Development of acquisition documentation;
- Development of program schedules;
- Developing POM initiatives;
- Analyzing program costs;
- Performing resource management activities and tasks;
- Reviewing and maintaining compliance with DOD, Service, and command level policies and directives;
- Support and provide input for presentations of findings and results to Government decision-making authorities;
- Reviewing Statements of Works for completeness and compliance with type appropriations (RDT&E, PMC, O&M, MC);
- Participating in Integrated Product Teams;
- Supporting studies and analysis (i.e., AoA, Economic Analysis, Life Cycle Cost Estimates, etc.);
- Reviewing, analyzing, and auditing contractor performance (i.e., Earned Value Management reports, expenditure reports, etc.).
- Supporting development of JCIDS documentation (i.e., ICD, CDD, CPD, architectures);
- Integrating activities across Government program/project teams;
- Coordination with interfacing programs and other Services on a technical level;
- Review and comment on Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables;
- Monitor and support adherence to quality management system, perform quality audits as required;
- Participate in Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA);
- Participate in and support technical exchange meetings;
- Monitor and support Performance Based Logistics activities;
- Participating in Integrated Product Teams;
- Review program office documentation for consistency.
Must have the following:
- Masters Degree & 2 years related experience or Bachelors Degree & 4 years related experience or Associates Degree & 6 years related experience or High School Diploma or equivalent & 8 years related experience.
****Note...This related experience must be in any or all of the programmatic analysis services listed.
- Ability to acquire a DoD security clearance
Preferences:
- Active US DoD security clearance
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting test data to verify system performance
- Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance risks
- DAWIA or PMP certifications
