Senior Contracts Administrator
Responsibilities: - Coordinate, negotiate and manage moderately complex proposals and contracts under minimal supervision. Independently demonstrate leadership in contracting strategy and methods, have good research and presentation skills, and develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with internal and external customers.
- Maintain and demonstrate a working understanding of U.S. and international government acquisition and procurement environments and regulations as well as company policies and procedures regarding the contracts function.
- Research and make recommendations on proposal and contract language. Lead contract negotiation teams. Assure timely and accurate input of contract data into order entry system.
- Draft, prepare, review and negotiate other agreements including, but not limited to, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and MOA/MOU. Draft and coordinate formal correspondence between the company and the customer on proposal and contractual matters. Prepare and coordinate contract summaries for management review at formal and informal business review meetings.

Must Have: - Bachelors Degree and 4+ years related experience - Experience with FAR/DFARS - Experience with Microsoft Office Software
Preferred: - Effective oral and written communications skills - Sound interpersonal skills - Formal training and/or experience in contract negotiations - Formal training and/or experience with ITAR
